To schedule jobs via email and Whatsapp, and to co-ordinate trips with a team of drivers.
Work Hours :
Day 1: 12-hr Day
Day 2: 12-hr Day
Day 3: 12-hr Night
Day 4: 12-hr Night
Day 5: Off
Day 6: Off
Shift Details
Day: 12pm to 12am
Night: 12am to 12pm
Detailed Job Scope
1. Man 24-hour Operations Hotline
2. Check, schedule, and respond to jobs from agents across different communication channels (emails, Whatsapp, and calls)
3. Plan, assign, and manage drivers
4. Co-ordinate jobs between agents, drivers, crew and colleagues
Training
1. Training will be between two weeks to a month depending on progress and learning ability of Trainee
2. Trainees will need to master ALL functions of the job well before they can man the hotline on their own
3. Trainees will be paid a nominal fee and will then draw a regular salary upon the completion of training

1. Possess good interpersonal/communication skills (both oral, and written)
2. Has initiative and attention to detail
3. Can multitask
4. Is organized
5. Ability to work independently, and is collected, under pressure
6. Able to handle google products (email and calendar) proficiently
7. Have a good sense of accountability and responsibility, and is reliable
8. Is effectively proficient with using computers and mobile phones.
9. Possess a positive disposition and is willing to learn
