What you will be working on (training will be provided):
- Front counter duties including registration, answering phone queries
- Scheduling patient appointments
- Managing insurance claims submissions (including corporate insurance), applying for letters of guarantee and pre-authorisation
- Assisting doctors and chaperone for clinical examination
- Dispensing of medications based on doctor's instruction
- Cashiering duties
- Managing inventory and stock take
- Maintaining clinic cleanliness
