The position

By joining our team in Marketing, Midstream & Processing you will have the opportunity to:
  • Take responsibility for Quantity and Quality Claims across Crude, Refined products, LPG including cargo insurance claims.

  • Provide advice, give feedback and report to commercial teams on cargo Quantity & Quality and general claims.

  • Contribute to minimizing cargo loss on own terminals and refinery, and during loading and discharge operations. Monitor and report "give away" trends at commercial operations.

  • Contribute to protecting and maximizing value at offshore and terminal lifting operations, maintaining discrepancies levels within industry standard thresholds and below worldwide average.

  • Prepare cases for legal and insurance handling.

  • Maintain high quality and intergrity of data in relevant digital Equinor applications.

  • Communication with internal and external stakeholders such as counterparties, lawyers, inspectors, expeditors and internal value chain. In addition will the candidate contribute to internal improvements and reporting.

  • Work independently and proactively with a focus on maximizing the value of Equinor’s portfolio of Claims.
