An acute episodic care and wellness (biometrics) center at an employer worksite in downtown Chicago with an adults only patient population seeks an Adult Nurse Practitioner (ANP), Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP! ) or Physician Assistant (PA). Must have good phlebotomy skills. 4/4/2013 - 5/13/2013 (8AM-5PM with 60 minutes meal break). Also seeking a Physician (internist or family practice).
4/4/2013 - 5/17/2013 (M-F 8am-5pm with 60 minute meal break). EMR experience a plus.
