An acute episodic care and wellness (biometrics) center at an employer worksite in downtown Chicago with an adults only patient population seeks an Adult Nurse Practitioner (ANP), Family Nurse Practit! ioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA). Must have good phlebotomy skills. 4/4/2013 - 5/13/2013 (8AM-5PM with 60 minutes meal break). Also seeking a Physician (internist or family practice).
4/4/2013 - 5/17/2013 (M-F 8am-5pm with 60 minute meal break). EMR experience a plus.
