About Our Client

Our client is a leading US Law Firm with more than 100 years of experience within the industry. The firm is headquartered worldwide and has more than 900 attorneys serving its clients and business partners.

Job Description

  • Answer and promptly route incoming calls, take messages accurately, and provide courteous assistance to callers.
  • Greet visitors, announce them to appropriate individuals, and direct them to the right conference room.
  • Monitor and report any unauthorised persons on the floor to Security, and ensure the reception area is kept clean and tidy.
  • Act as the point person for reporting housekeeping issues in the reception area and conference rooms to the appropriate parties.
  • Perform general administrative tasks, such as stuffing envelopes and making telephone follow-up calls, and provide training on Teleconference Bridge and conference room reservation systems.

The Successful Applicant

  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of 2 year's relevant experience, and law firm experience preferred. Experience with customer or client services is a plus.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, managing a varied workload and meeting deadlines with punctuality and reliability.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and other applications as needed, as well as strong interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrating strong teamwork and a positive attitude, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese.
  • Proofread typed material for typographical, spelling, and grammatical errors, ensuring the confidentiality of all the Firm's and client's documentation and information
