Leading manufacturing company is looking for a
“ Production Manager’s Assistant ”.
What you will be doing:
Assist production manager in planning and performing production related activities
Carries out administrative duties by collecting data, sorting, filing and sending out files to the right personnel
Coordinates all the supporting processes to ensure production schedule and continuous operations
Core competencies of the ideal candidate:
Holder of a University degree ideally in Production Engineering
Excellent knowledge of the English language
Very good MS Office knowledge (proficient in Excel)
Attention to detail is considered an obligatory asset
Ability to work under time pressure, meet deadlines and prioritise
