Centegra Health System of Northeastern Illinois is Hiring (2) Internal Medicine "Out-Patient" Physicians
Located 1 ½ hours northwest of the great city of Chicago, Centegra Health System’s employed physician group, Centegra Physician Care (CPC) is currently hiring (2) Internal Medicine Out Patient Physicians for two of their locations-. Both of these physicians will be hired to help manage tremendous growth in these well established practice sites/locations (these are not replaceme! nt hires).

Position Highlights:
Attractive opportunity for a Board Certified/Board Eligible Internist working within an 'outpatient' environment along with several other proven/professional providers.
Access to the health system’s many ancillary, outpatient, and hospital services including two state-of-the-art Emergency Departments, two health/fitness centers, and two immediate cares
Full network of 170 CPC Providers
Employed specialties include cardiology, neurology, surgery, endocrinology, psychiatry, chiropractic, physiatry, rheumatology, emergency medici! ne, 24 hour hospitalist coverage at both hospitals
Growing behavioral health services which are integrated into our outpatient practices
Growing nursing home care coordination program run by integrated nurse practitioners
