Ottawa Regional Medical Center, a part of OSF Healthcare, is a well-established, multi-specialty primary care clinic, and we are seeking a BE/BC Internal Medicine, Med/Ped, or Family Medicine hospitalist to establish a new service. Offer includes a very competitive two year guarantee and an outstanding benefits package.
The physician staff includes four Family Practice physicians, five Internists, one Pediatrician, and three Nurse Practitioners.
7on/7off Sc! hedule; a dedicated Nurse Practitioner; no overnight call sche! dule. H1B Visa applications accepted.
The group is located in a modern and spacious state-of-the-art 23,000 square foot facility in Ottawa, IL. On-site services include laboratory (CLIA certified moderately complex), general x-ray, mammography, ultrasound, colposcopy, dexa scan, nuclear scans, and echocardiography. A full service pharmacy is also located within the building. A newly constructed satellite office in nearby Marseilles, IL was completed and opened in May 2010. EPIC electronic health record system is targeted to be in full use throughout the practice at both locations by June 2013. Express Care, a new urgent care facility adjoining the Medical Center opened in April, 2011.

There are reasonable call responsibilities utilizing a modified hospitalist call rotation which is shared with! 7 primary care physicians in the group and only involve rounding at one hospital.
