Centegra Health System of Northern Illinois is currently hiring (2) Internal Medicine Out Patient Physicians for two of their locations--both of these physicians will be hired to help manage tremendous growth in these well established practice sites/locations (these are not replacement hires): CPC Fox Valley- Crystal Lake and Algonquin.
Algonquin currently has two full time Internal Medicine Physicians and a Nurse Practitioner; we are looking to add an additional full time physician position with a comple! te compensation/ benefit package as an employee of Centegra Ph! ysician Care.
Crystal Lake Fox Valley Internal Medicine currently has five very busy Physicians as well as three equally busy Nurse Practitioners. We are looking to add an additional full time physician position with a complete compensation/ benefit package as an employee of Centegra Physician Care.
