Clinical Position at Major Academic Program
This is a unique Hospitalist position with a focus on leukemia and other Hematology/Oncology patients at a major Chicago teaching and research center. We have an immediate need for either an Internist or Hematology/Oncology physician interested in joining a world-class program offering:
A team-based approach to patient care working with Hematology/Oncology physicians, fellows, residents, students and great support staff
Work at just one new inpatient facility offering state-of-the-art equipment, top-not! ch nursing staff and all sub-specialty consults available

Private practice income with academic lifestyle and benefits
Excellent benefits package and stable employment directly with the medical center
Option for involvement in research, but not required
Enjoy a very reasonable patient volume expectation, typically averaging less than 10 patients per day, so you can focus on quality of care
Block schedule with great quality of life and no call
Excellent opportunity for someone who may have an interest in pursuing a Hematology/Oncology fellowship in the future or an Internist who would like a more challenging and rewarding patient base
