Centegra Health Systems of Northern Illinois is currently hiring (2) Internal Medicine Out Patient Physicians for two of their locations--both of these physicians will be hired to help manage tremendous growth in these well established practice sites/locations (these are not replacement hires): Algonquin and Crystal Lake Fox Valley Internal Medicine.
Algonquin currently has two full time Internal Medicine Physicians and a Nurse Practitioner; we are looking to add an additional full time physician position with a complete compensation/ benefit package as an e! mployee of Centegra Physician Care.

Position Highlights:
Attractive opportunity for a Board Certified/Board Eligible Internist working within an 'outpatient' environment along with several othe! r proven/professional providers.
With an established IM Physician retiring after many years of service, this is an opportunity to take over a developed patient practice seeing 18 to 25 patients a day.
Salary guarantee up to $205,000 with additional total financial upside >$300,000 with RVU based model as a Centegra Physician Care (CPC) employee.
