An outstanding opportunity awaits an Internist or Family Practitioner with strong Geriatric interest to join their Extended Care Team at one of the areas la! rgest most established and reputable physician owned groups. Although it's not a requirement, someone with leadership skills and entrepreneurial interests would be an excellent addition to this growing program. The physician would follow the group's patients in assisted-living facilities skilled nursing care facilities and Alzheimer's facilities. The ideal candidate must enjoy connecting with patients and families and would work in close partnership with the group's hospitalists to optimize continuity of care.'This group provides one of the area's best and most complete salary and benefit packages, including a two year income guarantee, five weeks paid time off and $3,000 CME. relocation expenses, plus 401K and profit sharing.
