Oak Street Health is looking for several geriatricians/primary care physicians for our two clinics on Chica! go's north side.

Ideal candidates will be:
M.D. or D.O. graduates.
Board certified/eligible in Internal Medicine.
Fellowship trained in Geriatrics preferred but not required.
Have 2-4 years of experience in outpatient practice preferred, however elite new graduates are encouraged to apply.
