Perform or supervise the performance of patient care services and procedures on patients.
Fully participate in teaching programs for undergraduate medical students and residents and participate in the undergraduate, graduate, and continuing education programs of the Department.
Collaborate with the other University faculty members on curriculum development and process improvement with the goal of exceptional resident/student education
Opportunities to perform clinical research are available to the incumbent. Research productivity is not a requirement of the position.

Requires medical doctorate (MD or DO) Requires certification or eligibility for certifying examination of the American Board of Internal Medicine or comparable certifying authority Must be eligible for license to practice medicine in the State of Illinois Must be eligible for medical staff membership and privileges at hospital
