Private Group Practice with one other Geriatrician. Primarily Geriatrics (including skilled nursing facility visits and patients house visits) with some general Internal Medicine. 2 office locations. This would be a traditional setting (inpatient/outpatient duties). There are 2 Geriatricians on staff at hospital now. Strong need for additional Geriatricians in the area. MGMA competitive (range commensurate with training and experience). Call TBD. A full-service medical facility provides a comprehensive range of medical services for the Chicago Southland community. The hospital’s cardiology program is nationally recognized for its advanced cardiac care, including open heart surgery as well as coronary and peripheral stenting, with state-of-the-art catheterization and electrophysiology labs. Other specialty services include Women’s Reproductive and Childbirth Services, Surgical Services, 24-Hour Emergency Services, Rehabilitation, Radiology, Endoscopy Lab, Neurology, Sleep Study Lab, Respiratory Services, Home Care Services, Hospice Care and Physician Referral. More than 1,300 employees. In April 2011, the hospital completed its conversion to all-private rooms for its 330 licensed beds.
